Rights Respect Responsibility Program for Teens is a three-week program that is held twice a week at the Newcap Green Bay office. It is available to all teens ages 14-19 that live in Brown County. Our three-week program is a part of the Personal Responsibility Education Program, also known as PREP, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. PREP uses high-quality evidence-based programs programs to prepare adolescents with necessary knowledge and skills to transition to adulthood. The goals of the program include positive adolescent development, health relationships, healthy life skills, as well as pregnancy and STI prevention.

Our program includes team building and confidence boosting activities and appearances from community professionals.
